Items per point = daily requests × items per request × days between refills × (1 + reserve / 100), rounded up to a whole item.

Total stock = rounded items per point × number of points. Expected daily use = daily requests × items per request × number of points.

The estimate describes a target stock level for a refill interval, not an automatic purchase quantity. Subtract usable remaining stock when planning an actual top-up. Review handling, storage and device capacity with the relevant suppliers.
